Yoga Philosophy
The study and practice of yoga begins with awareness.
You begin where you are, and with practice, over time,
you build a solid foundation deeply rooted in a sense of
inner peace that supports one's health and happiness. Irene's personal practice of
yoga began over 25 years ago, and has developed into the gift that she shares with
others in hospital and corporate settings, as well as at the serene studio she and
Ron co-founded and built, located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Irene creates an
environment where each class is an opportunity for self-discovery. She provides a
foundation for you to cultivate awareness and develop the skills to establish a
personal practice. Irene empowers you to discover the benefits of yoga for yourself,
to use the path of yoga to support your life and foster health and well-being.
